Start with your baby's right arm, positioning it gently at their side with a natural, slight bend – just as they might have rested in the womb. Take the right side of your swaddle and bring it smoothly across their chest, tucking it securely under their back on the left side. This first wrap should feel like a gentle hug.
Next, lift the bottom corner of your blanket and fold it softly over your baby's feet, leaving plenty of room for those tiny legs to move naturally. Tuck this portion gently into the top of the swaddle, keeping it loose enough for healthy hip movement.
